The role involves close collaboration with production and engineering functions, where you contribute to ensuring high product quality, driving improvement initiatives, and supporting the organization on quality-related matters. Tasks and Areas of Responsibility: As a quality technician, you work closely with the business to develop, ensure, and monitor the company's quality work. You are responsible for managing and following up on complaints, analyzing deviations, and proposing corrective and preventive actions. An important part of the work is supporting the organization on issues related to product quality, standard requirements, and regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring that the business operates according to defined processes and procedures. The role includes participating in and contributing to implementation projects where you represent the quality department. You work with risk analyses and FMEA together with cross-functional project teams consisting of, for example, machine engineers, operators, and measurement technicians. You also contribute to the development of processes, control plans, inspection instructions, and other parts of the company's quality management system. The work also includes monitoring quality-related statistics, documenting deviations, and collaborating with the purchasing function on quality monitoring of suppliers. When needed, you may also work with incoming and final inspections, as well as handling non-conforming products. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience with quality work in the manufacturing industry and good technical ability and interest in manufacturing processes Good knowledge of blueprint reading, measurement techniques, and quality work. Experience working according to established quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 13485. Ability to interpret customer requirements, standards, and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical procedures in the business. Experience working in cross-functional projects and preferably with risk analyses such as FMEA. Technical education at least at upper secondary level or equivalent professional experience. Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
