About the Role As an electrical and instrumentation technician, you join a team of approximately ten people with different expertise in electrical, instrumentation, and automation who work closely together with daily contact with operations and mechanical departments. You work close to operations in an industrial process environment where the focus is on making the facility function, both in the short and long term. "It's an environment where a lot is happening. Then it's important to be able to stay calm and take the time to solve problems properly," says Öyvind Olsen, Electrical Manager NG Nordic Sweden. Your work includes: - troubleshooting, investigation of incidents, and analysis of improvement opportunities - electrical installations and modifications - some preparation of work within your area - instrumentation-related maintenance and service for unplanned outages and acute interventions as well as preventive, planned measures The work is varied in terms of both tasks and changing pace. Working hours are set for daytime, 07:00–16:00 with on-call duty approximately every fifth week. During on-call duty, a one-hour response time applies. Who are you? We are looking for someone who: - has education in electrical engineering or experience as an electrician or instrumentation technician - has good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written - has a B driver's license It is advantageous if you have: - experience from industrial operations - experience with control systems or programming - knowledge within process engineering or instrumentation - understanding of mechanical designs and functions - electrical authorization B We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
