You will also assist with menu planning and inventory. About Restaurant Mejeriet Arla We are a lunch restaurant looking for a chef who wants to be part of our team. We are a group of 3 people running the lunch restaurant between 08:00-15:00. Since we operate within a protected facility, a criminal record check and confidentiality certificate are required. The criminal record check must be clean and you must be a Swedish citizen as the operation is conducted within a military area. Who are you? - You are over 18 years old - You have education in hotel and restaurant with chef specialization or equivalent - You have previous restaurant work experience - You have the ability to plan and structure work effectively - Through your passion, you take responsibility for maintaining high service and quality standards in what you deliver - You see your importance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant and find it easy to collaborate and communicate - You can take own initiative and are flexible in your professional role - You speak and write Swedish - Experience with menu planning systems is a plus About Compass Group We are part of Compass Group, a world-leading provider of food, beverage and support services.
