Project Manager at Exciting Company in Gothenburg

Would you like to work in a broad and hands-on role where you coordinate activities between supply chain, engineering, procurement, and operations? Are you organized, curious, and skilled at driving progress together with many different stakeholders? Then this could be an exciting opportunity for you. We are now seeking a Project Manager for a long-term consulting assignment with one of our partners in Gothenburg. You will become part of a larger establishment project where you will play a key role in coordinating and driving activities, with a particular focus on material supply and supply chain. About the Role Our partner is facing a major establishment ahead of the start of a new long-term maintenance agreement. The new agreement involves a broader scope and greater responsibility for, among other things, materials and components, which requires preparations across several parts of the operations. As Project Manager, you will be part of the establishment project and work closely with the existing project management. You will have a broad and hands-on role where you drive and follow up on activities, with a particular focus on material supply. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, materials planning, warehouse, and supply chain. Your role will be to create structure, coordinate between different functions, and help drive the work forward. In certain areas, you will also dive deeper into, for example, material documentation, specifications, and planning. Initially, the focus will be heavily on material preparations and components with longer lead times. The role will develop as the project progresses and may also include other parts of the establishment. In summary, you will, among other things: Drive and follow up on activities within the establishment project. Coordinate between engineering, procurement, materials planning, warehouse, and supply chain. Work on issues related to materials and material supply. Follow up on activities and documentation against the project timeline. Dive into documentation and issues to help move the work forward. Collaborate with different parts of the organization and external stakeholders. About You We are looking for someone with experience from a role where you have worked with coordination, planning, and many different stakeholders. Your background could, for example, be from supply chain, materials planning, material supply, procurement, logistics, project work, or technical operations. What matters is not what your previous title was, but that you are used to taking responsibility for your areas, creating structure, and driving activities forward together with others. You thrive at the intersection between different functions and find it easy to dive into details while understanding how they impact the bigger picture. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have at least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within industrial, technical, or production-related operations. Have experience in material supply, supply chain, materials planning, procurement, or a related field. Have experience coordinating activities between multiple functions and stakeholders. Are accustomed to independently driving and following up on activities against a timeline. Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Scope: Full-time Start: Immediately or by agreement Assignment length: Until December 2027, with possibility of extension Location: Gothenburg About OIO Our passion is helping you find the right role and workplace. Quality Leader at Surewood Housing

At Surewood Housing, you'll step into a rapidly growing operation where quality is a central part of our continued development. Here you'll have a key role in developing, coordinating, and anchoring our quality work throughout the organization – from project development to after-sales. The role suits you if you thrive in the intersection between structure and development. You're not someone who "has all the answers," but someone who gets things done by creating clarity, engagement, and shared ways of working. You'll become an important driver in developing a more unified, learning-focused, and data-driven approach to quality. Does this sound interesting? Apply for the role of Quality Leader at Surewood Housing. About the position As Quality Leader, you have a central role in developing, coordinating, and strengthening the organization's quality work. You drive improvement initiatives and ensure compliance through close collaboration with project development, production, construction sites, after-sales, and our central management processes. By building trust and creating understanding for quality work throughout the organization, you contribute to further developing our quality culture. Examples of responsibility areas: • Coordinate, administer, and further develop the organization's quality and management systems. • Support process owners in building, updating, and ensuring compliance with procedures, working methods, and governing documents. • Follow up on deviations, conduct investigations, and drive root cause analyses. • Analyze key metrics and quality costs and report results and improvement suggestions to the organization. • Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits. • Train and support the organization in implementing processes, working methods, and quality requirements. • Contribute to experience sharing and learning across different parts of the organization. The position is located at our production facilities in Gullringen. You report to the Production Support Manager, with a start date by agreement. About you We're looking for someone with experience in quality work, improvement initiatives, or process development in an industrial or construction-related organization. You have a good understanding of management systems, deviations, and structured improvement work, but above all, you're good at making things happen in organizations. As a person, you're relationship-building, pedagogical, and comfortable navigating different perspectives. You have the ability to build trust and create engagement, even when you challenge existing ways of working. You're curious and unpretentious, and you thrive in a role where you need to understand the big picture rather than optimize a single part. You're good at spotting patterns, drawing conclusions from data, and turning insights into concrete improvements. We believe you thrive in environments where you're a driving force for change, rather than an administrative manager of processes. About Surewood Housing Surewood Housing is a long-term residential developer building well-designed, affordable, and sustainable townhouses and apartment buildings. Surewood Housing delivers homes as full-service contracts, but can also support through the entire chain, from land acquisition to turnkey homes. We operate throughout the country with offices in Gullringen, Stockholm, and Malmö. Houses are manufactured as modules in our state-of-the-art production facility in Gullringen, which we acquired from Skanska in 2025, and we now deliver and assemble turnkey homes on-site. At Surewood Housing, we believe a good workplace is more than meaningful tasks and efficient processes. It's also about people, culture, and creating a daily environment together where community and work satisfaction have a place. Learn more about us on our website. Our culture Our corporate culture is characterized by our core values: simple, bold, and fair. We strive to be simple in our processes, bold in our decisions, and fair in our approach to customers, suppliers, and employees. These values permeate everything we do and help us build long-term relationships and create sustainable housing for the future. To thrive with us, you have order around you and feel comfortable in a growing and developing environment where you're expected to be part of the solution. You're unpretentious and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You take responsibility by coming forward with ideas when you see that something can be done better, safer, and more efficiently. You take pride in your work and see your contribution to the bigger picture. You can work both independently and in groups and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others. Employment terms Permanent employment, 100% full-time, Location: Gullringen We look forward to your application! In this recruitment, Surewood Housing is collaborating with Delve Interim & Search.
