About the Operation Healthcare Center Smedjebacken is a pleasant and welcoming healthcare facility. We have approximately 7,100 registered residents. Our staffing consists of many different professional categories with broad expertise, and collaboration and utilization of each other's different knowledge is an important part of daily work. We operate a doctor's clinic, healthcare advice, nursing and district nurse clinics. We have specialist nurses with their own clinics, child health services (BVC), diabetes, blood pressure, asthma/COPD, memory clinic and occupational therapist as well as midwifery clinic. We also have physiotherapists with their own clinic as well as counseling and risk/substance abuse clinic, care coordinators for mental health. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00. Daily work includes among other things sample collection at our lab, assisting at doctor's clinic/nursing clinic, ordering and managing supplies. An important part of the work is collaboration with other units within both the region and municipality. Qualifications We're Looking for You Who - are trained as an assistant nurse and have completed the Healthcare and Care Program or the occupational package Healthcare and Care through adult education Meritorious - experience with the Cosmic journal system - experience working in primary care - program specialization in Emergency Care and Medicine 2 (if you completed the earlier Healthcare and Care Program) As a person, you are thorough and responsible. You have good initiative and planning abilities. You are stress-resilient. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability and ability to collaborate, which includes good treatment of patients and colleagues.
