Acute troubleshooting and repair: Quickly diagnose and fix mechanical faults on processing machines to minimize production stops Planned preventive maintenance: Perform periodic inspections, lubrication, and replacement of wear parts according to established maintenance schedules to ensure the machine park's longevity Service, adjustment, repair, and replacement of parts and components to maintain the machines' high precision requirements Work with drive and control systems: Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components such as cylinders, valve packages, and pumps The machine park consists of around 100 machines, both older and more modern, and the work involves mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics The role also involves close collaboration with other departments.
