We have 21 dedicated staff members working in various professions such as doctors, district nurses, specialist nurses, assistant nurses, and medical secretaries. We currently have 5,700 registered patients of various ages, and together we work to best meet our patients' needs. In addition to the Youth Mental Health (UPH) unit and standard health center services, we also have a doctor's clinic, nurse-led specialist clinics, and child health services. As a medical secretary, you are an important team member at the health center. Your main responsibilities consist of medical record documentation in Asynja Visph, handling incoming referral responses, and providing local IT support. Reception work is also included, where you are the first person patients meet. About You You are a trained medical secretary. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in regional primary care. You have a genuine interest in digitalization and good knowledge in the field. Additionally, you express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are service-oriented and take initiative. You enjoy working independently but also have good collaboration skills. You like variety in your work and easily switch between different tasks. Since workload varies, it is important that you can prioritize among tasks. We also see that you, together with us, have a strong interest in business development. A professional approach and friendly treatment toward customers, patients, and colleagues is self-evident for you.
