As a grocery picker with us, you start your day early and are an important part of creating order, stocking items, and ensuring customers are greeted with a well-stocked and fresh store. The role combines warehouse work, restocking, and picking—perfect for you if you enjoy variety and hands-on work. Responsibilities Pick items and stock shelves according to picking lists and priorities. Ensure good organization in the grocery department. Solve challenges in the aisles, stock where needed, and keep the pace up. Support the store and warehouse where extra hands are needed. Cleaning according to routine. Who are we looking for? You can come from either warehouse or retail; what matters most is that you: Are energetic, strong, and work at a fast pace. Enjoy physical and structured work. Have a positive attitude and enjoy working independently. Are thorough and see what needs to be done. Requirements / Merits Preferably a couple of years of experience from retail or warehouse. Engaged and want to contribute to the department's vision and development. Have the right attitude toward work, take responsibility, and see solutions.
