WORK TASKS Work Tasks As a nursing assistant in Motala Municipality, you work to provide our clients with good care and support based on their individual needs and wishes. You should, in a respectful manner, guide, support and motivate the client to manage their daily routines in the best way according to their own ability. We offer varied work with a focus on daily care services. You perform tasks related to personal care, support with meals, social interaction, accompaniment, service tasks, etc. You will also perform health and medical care tasks on delegation and document in our journal systems. As a nursing assistant in the municipality, you will be a fixed care contact, which means you work actively to create safe and trust-based relationships.
