Enebacken is a specialized residential facility focusing on somatic care/dementia and short-term/respite care with 108 places. You are our most important resource and will grow together with us. As a nursing assistant, you will work with care and support based on residents' wishes, in accordance with care decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. For example, you will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, respond to calls, and provide social companionship. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure all our residents can live life to the fullest. This can include conversation, playing games, going on outings, taking a bike ride, or organizing fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel, such as medication administration and training. We are currently seeking several colleagues at 75-100% for a permanent position with a probationary period. Job Description We are currently seeking several colleagues part-time for a permanent position with a probationary period at 75-100% employment. To be suitable for this position, you need: - A certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant - Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written We also consider it a merit if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care. To thrive in this position, you are engaged and care about your fellow humans, while being good at building strong relationships and service-oriented. Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police's criminal record register.
