WORK TASKS
As a nursing assistant at the short-term care unit, you work to strengthen the resident's own abilities and create conditions for a safe return to their own home.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
• provide care and rehabilitation support based on the resident's individual needs
• motivate and encourage the resident toward increased independence
• work closely with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals
• perform delegated health and medical interventions after introduction and delegation
• contribute to safe, secure, and person-centered care.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title.
You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and feel confident documenting and communicating with colleagues, residents, and family members.
As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and have a genuine interest in people. You enjoy collaborating, are unpretentious, and contribute to a positive work environment. We place great importance on personal suitability.
