Job Description Renova is undergoing a major technology shift, moving from older database-based solutions toward modern platforms. You'll take on an application-focused role, concentrating on how data is used, structured, and flows. You'll be the link between systems and underlying information, helping create tomorrow's data landscape. In this role, you will: Analyze, document, and further develop SQL-based logic in our business systems and understand how data connects across different sources. Manage existing reports and develop modern dashboards and visualizations in Power BI. Develop and maintain data flows, integrations, and data warehouses (ETL processes and information flows). Contribute to modernizing older data structures as we move toward modern ways of working. Support Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and shared data structures. Troubleshoot and document database-driven system flows, batch jobs, and integrations. As part of Renova's continued modernization, you'll also have the opportunity to broaden your expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and how it can be used to streamline processes and create additional business value. Your Background You have a genuine interest in data and are motivated by modernizing and improving existing solutions. As a person, you're analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You communicate well and can explain technical questions clearly to both business and IT stakeholders. We're looking for someone with experience in: Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL Data modeling, data structures, and report development Power BI Analyzing and developing existing data and reporting solutions Working in a business-focused IT role as a bridge between systems, data, and operations Data warehouses and ETL flows (such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory) Relevant post-secondary IT education or equivalent experience It's a plus if you have experience with: Master Data Management (MDM) ERP systems, such as IFS API-based integrations Oracle environments and PL/SQL (or a strong interest in developing in this area) Microsoft Fabric Since we're moving toward more modern ways of working, we expect you to have experience with, or a strong interest in, version control in Git and DevOps.
