JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a preschool teacher with us, you work pedagogically together with dedicated colleagues in work teams to promote children's learning and development. Your work includes • Planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating instruction based on the curriculum • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment • Sharing responsibility for children's care with colleagues • Giving children opportunities to explore, create, and reflect on new experiences • Maintaining close and ongoing collaboration with parents/guardians QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a certified preschool teacher or primary teacher. Experience working in preschool is meritorious. We are seeking someone who • Has strong empathetic ability and understanding of children's different needs • Has the ability to listen, encourage, stimulate, and challenge children's development • Is experienced in communicating, collaborating, and taking responsibility in daily work • Is creative, engaged, and open to new approaches Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
