We are now seeking a Group Manager for Property Services in Västervik Would you like to lead an engaged team within Property Services and help create safe and well-maintained residential areas? Then this role could be perfect for you. You will be responsible for customer relations and work management of various teams, and you will be the natural contact person for the Delivery Manager. The work is varied and social. You work independently and have great freedom to solve the challenges you face on your own. Make a difference with us As a Group Manager in Property Services, you will have a leadership and management role for staff in internal and external property maintenance as well as property repairs. In your role, you will be responsible for inspiring and creating engagement among employees and providing them with the conditions for their development. Your main responsibilities: Lead and develop employees, take responsibility for work environment, resource planning, staffing, and task allocation Ensure that services are delivered according to agreements with high quality and customer satisfaction Budget and profit responsibility for the group, as well as responsibility for driving variable sales and customer collaborations according to set targets to achieve profitability and growth Report to and collaborate with the Delivery Manager on, for example, budget work and operational planning Handle administration and invoicing as well as time tracking and follow-up Calculate and prepare quotes for additional and supplementary services Work closely with manager colleagues, customer representatives, finance, and property managers to ensure good customer care Maintain resident and board contact You bring your expertise and commitment We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree from college or university, or who has acquired equivalent competence through many years of professional experience in the industry. You have several years of experience with personnel responsibility as well as profit and budget responsibility. You are experienced in leading people through change initiatives and have a genuine interest in both employees and customers. You have the ability to see and meet our customers' needs in a business-like manner while developing and supporting our employees, both as a group and as individuals. With a focus on creating the right conditions for our employees, you contribute to getting the best out of the organization and ensuring that our customers experience us as professional in our delivery. It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue, both internally and externally. You are a driven, communicative, and clear leader who works in a business-like manner and builds good relationships. We also see that as a leader you have good self-awareness, are aware of your strengths and development areas, and understand how your behavior affects others. This allows you to create engagement, trust, and good conditions for collaboration and development. You have good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. The position requires a B driver's license and access to your own car.
