You have strong knowledge of construction and procurement law as well as AMA, MER, and RA Anläggning. You have experience from construction production and understand the operations on job sites. You are accustomed to working in estimation software, such as BidCon. You are comfortable working in the Office suite and have particularly strong Excel skills, as much of the estimating work and follow-up takes place there. You speak and write Swedish fluently. It is an advantage if you also have experience in accounting, contract management, and scheduling, as well as technical training in building, civil, or construction. You will work on both project-based assignments and ongoing maintenance of the park's environments, buildings, and operations.
