We are seeking a development-focused employee for a combined position as Medical Director for Rehabilitation (MAR) and KHOSS Coordinator (municipal health care, medical services, and social services emergency preparedness and civil defense) In this role, you will contribute to ensuring high quality, patient safety, and good collaboration within the municipality's operations. The position offers an opportunity to combine strategic quality and patient safety work with coordination and development within emergency preparedness and civil defense. As MAR, you will have a central role in developing and ensuring quality and patient safety within the municipality's rehabilitation operations. You are responsible for monitoring and developing routines, processes, and working methods, and you drive systematic quality work with a focus on continuous improvement. Through monitoring of deviations, risk analyses, and self-inspections, you contribute to safe and appropriate care. You are a strategic and professional support to managers and licensed personnel, and you collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the quality of operations. The assignment also includes participating in inspections and reviews, as well as monitoring developments in the field. Within the Social Welfare Sector, an assignment has been initiated to map the sector's emergency preparedness and develop, among other things, action plans based on various scenarios. As KHOSS Coordinator, you will be a key coordinating role in developing and following up on work in this area. The assignment includes planning and implementing development and training initiatives, coordinating follow-up and reporting, and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement. You work to promote good collaboration between operations, professions, and external stakeholders, and contribute to a coherent and quality-assured operation. Your Knowledge and Experience We are looking for someone who: - Is a licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist/physical therapist - Has several years of experience in municipal health care, rehabilitation, or related operations - Has good knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Health and Medical Care Act, the Patient Safety Act, and the Social Services Act - Has experience with quality work, monitoring, and operations development - Has good ability to express yourself in speech and writing It is meritorious if you: - Have experience working as a MAR or equivalent strategic role - Have experience with quality management systems - Have experience with project management, change management, or coordination assignments - Have knowledge of management systems and quality registers - Have experience with emergency preparedness, civil defense, or other preparedness issues Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, you are an independent and structured person with good analytical ability and a strong holistic perspective.
