Your tasks will include educating care staff and personal assistants in transfer techniques and ergonomics through a combination of theoretical training and practical training. Additionally, as needed, you will visit different workplaces to follow staff in their work and provide practical advice on transfer techniques and ergonomics. You will also train transfer coaches at workplaces who will in turn support their colleagues in daily transfer procedures. You will have great opportunities to influence both the content and planning of the training. Within the Care Management's rehabilitation unit, a total of 37 occupational therapists and physiotherapists/physical therapists work along with 8 rehabilitation assistants. The rehabilitation unit is led by two unit managers and staff work from six locations, five in central Hässleholm and one in Tyringe. Our total assignment covers twelve different geographical areas in Hässleholm municipality. The assignments are divided between ordinary housing, special housing and disability services, support and services (FSS). The position includes clinical work as a licensed physiotherapist during periods when training is not being conducted. Working hours are Monday-Friday between 8-17 with flexible hours available. You are responsible and organized with good ability to plan your work. You feel great responsibility for your own contribution and for adapting your teaching based on the situation you find yourself in. It is meritorious if you have experience from similar work. Since the work involves documentation, good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing are required.
