We are now seeking a dental hygienist who wants to make a difference Main duties and responsibilities At Folktandvården Frölunda Cultural Center, you'll meet patients of all ages with diverse oral care needs. As a dental hygienist with us, you play an important role in ensuring patients feel well-received and secure during their visits. You'll utilize all of your expertise while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset. The position includes, among other things: Being an important part of the clinic's health promotion and preventive dental care for all ages Working with patient assessments and identifying, evaluating, and planning appropriate oral health interventions Mobile dental care at care facilities for the elderly We are a VFU clinic and accept students from dental and dental hygiene programs at Gothenburg University. Mentoring and assisting students may also be part of the role. Our clinic currently has a total of 24 employees with 8 treatment rooms. If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individualized mentorship program during your first year. The mentoring is part of our development program, which also includes networking meetings, team and communication training, and observation at specialist or general dental care clinics. About the recruitment process The first step in the recruitment process is a digital interview with HR. After the application deadline, the clinic manager will screen applicants and invite candidates to interview at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 35-36.
