Your Responsibilities In the role of senior network technician, you will be an important part of the customer's network team and work with both development and maintenance of data center networks and access networks. You will have a central role in several ongoing and upcoming development projects, with a focus on office relocations and lifecycle management of the access network. The work involves designing, configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting network solutions based on Cisco technology, including routing, switching, Catalyst Center, and VXLAN/EVPN. Contact is primarily via telephone, Teams, and case management systems. You will: Work with troubleshooting and problem-solving of IT-related incidents and service cases. Handle incoming cases via a case management system. Provide qualified support to end users and ensure high service levels.
