WORK TASKS We are now seeking an engaged and empathetic employee for our group home Bokbindarlunden within functional support. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to people in their daily lives, which includes assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals. In addition, you will also participate in planning and implementing individually adapted activities to promote independence and quality of life, as well as work to create a safe and stimulating environment for the residents. Collaboration with family members, colleagues, and other professionals is an important part of the work to ensure the best possible care and support. The position also includes documenting and following up on individual implementation plans and goals, as well as contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment. QUALIFICATIONS Education Relevant education, such as care and health programs or children and leisure programs. Computer Skills Good computer skills to be able to document Language Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written Experience Experience working with people with disabilities within functional support services or LSS. Experience from the mental health field is also a merit. Employment Form: Permanent position. Duration: Start date: 2026-10-05. Work Schedule: Shift work.
