The position to be filled is a permanent employment at approximately 90%. Working hours are scheduled according to a varied schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES Within our LSS activities, we work together with a salutogenic, respectful, and individually adapted approach in all situations. All support is adapted to the customers' individual circumstances and current condition. As a support assistant, you provide the support and help with daily needs that the customer has difficulty managing themselves. This could include, for example, managing hygiene, eating, dressing, moving about, and communicating. In your role as a support assistant, you need to be responsible, flexible, and solution-focused. You also need the ability to adapt your approach and manner based on each customer's needs and current condition. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. QUALIFICATIONS To be suitable for this work, you need to have some form of care education or alternatively at least one year of work experience within care, preferably in a group home or service home or as a personal assistant. You adapt easily to changed circumstances. You see opportunities in changes and can quickly adjust your perspective and approach based on what the situation requires. You take initiative, are happy to start activities, and achieve results.
