This makes the work very varied, interesting, and educational with both traditional health center work and more acute matters. The staff at Bräcke Health Center is active in close healthcare transformation and we have good cooperation with the municipality which we jointly develop, making the work easy and enjoyable.
Bräcke has 3 permanently employed specialist doctors with extensive experience in primary care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Working as a specialist in general medicine with us means you assess, investigate, treat, and advise patients with various types of complaints and issues. You work with health promotion and collaborate with other professionals at the health center. You will work using evidence-based methods individually, in group activities, and via the internet. We actively work to develop our treatment efforts, for healthy lifestyles, and to prevent long-term sick leave and promote rapid return to work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with specialist competence in general medicine with Swedish medical license and good ability to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
You enjoy working in a team together with other professionals close to patients and want to contribute to the development of the activities.
As a person, we see that you are positive, humble, and prefer to work solution-oriented. We also appreciate that you have a structured and flexible work style. You should have good initiative, an open mind, and be open to changes within the field of operations. There are requirements for independent work, good patient interaction, good cooperation skills, and professional responsibility.
