WORK DUTIES Working in our staffing pool means you get to work from occasional shifts here and there to longer periods on a schedule. Our temporary workers are a very valuable asset for us, covering for regular staff absences. To thrive as a temporary worker, it is important that you are flexible and responsible. You have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in people. Regardless of which area you work in, you are expected to act as a good representative for the municipality. We are seeking temporary workers for our operations in Kälarne, Gällö, and Bräcke, primarily within: • Care and nursing – nursing assistants, care attendants, personal assistants. • School and childcare – after-school programs, preschool and school (qualified and unqualified). • School kitchens – cooks and meal service staff. • Facilities management – cleaners. QUALIFICATIONS • If you have relevant education in, for example, care and nursing, child and youth activities, preschool teacher, youth educator, or teacher, this is a merit. • Previous experience working in similar fields is a merit. • For work within home care and night patrol, a Class B driver's license is required. • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. • For work in school and childcare, an extract from the criminal record register is required.
