About the Role As a Group Leader, you are responsible for maintenance work in the factory. This means supporting the production organization. You will have operational leadership with a focus on ensuring that our production lines function optimally through well-maintained machinery. The work involves significant presence in production where you follow up on operational disruptions, prioritize interventions, and ensure that proactive measures are implemented. You participate in daily morning meetings where current issues, deviations, and improvement areas are discussed. RESPONSIBILITIES Your role involves working in a team where you make home visits to patients in the various municipalities.
