Forensic Psychiatry in Örebro consists of five units with a total of 43 inpatient beds. We are now seeking staff members for Unit 7 to work day, evening, and weekend shifts. On Unit 7, patients are further along in the care process, meaning they are in a rehabilitation or discharge phase, and part of the rehabilitation takes place outside the unit. Care is person-centered with the patient in focus, and as a nurse, you are the team member who primarily works with psychiatric nursing care in the patient's treatment and care. You work together with a registered nurse, physician, psychologist, occupational therapist, and social worker. You also need to be able to work independently, be flexible, and have the ability to identify and articulate the specific needs within your area for each individual patient. The tasks are varied, and as a nurse, you work both individually and in group activities with patients.
