Welcome to Vidingehem! 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a Ventilation Technician, you independently plan, coordinate, and perform service assignments within Vidingehem AB's property portfolio. Your work includes responsibility for the technical execution of the assignment, and within the scope of your duties, reporting any deviations or deficiencies in materials or completed work. The role of Ventilation Technician is a free and responsible job. Here you have the opportunity to work with your colleagues in the Operations & Service Department in a well-established team that understands what quality and satisfied customers mean. As a Ventilation Technician, you will have extensive customer contact and solve our customers' needs. The assignments are varied and diverse. We are looking for someone with a great interest in technology and experience working practically with commissioning air flows in ventilation systems. We prefer that you have several years of experience in the profession, preferably in both service and contracting. Furthermore, we consider it advantageous if you have training in electrical, ventilation, energy, or other technical fields. You are accustomed to working independently and have broad expertise. Main duties: · Performing troubleshooting/repairs/installations/preventive maintenance within the area of responsibility · Handling investigations and injunctions from authorities and customers · Contributing to compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements · Inspection and rounds within the department's area of responsibility Ordering and coordination of subcontractors for processing fault reports in accordance with applicable framework agreements, as well as follow-up of completed work. Contribute expertise in procurements within the profession. · The role participates in on-call operations, which aim to deliver high service 24/7 year-round to our customers, handling urgent matters. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications · Several years of experience in property management within ventilation with a focus on service. · Basic knowledge of control and regulation technology. · Good IT skills Merits: · Facility Technician Fire · Heat and ventilation technology · Inspection before commissioning as well as inspection of electrical installations, Electrical Safety SIP (regulatory requirement) · Experience from on-call work · Lift training · Hot work · Fall protection training Personal qualities · Open, positive, and outgoing · Financial awareness · Customer-oriented with a high sense of service and quality. · Takes initiative for continuous improvement · Teamwork skills · Responsive · Delivers on time and with good quality.
