Rehab Nordost Täby is a region-operated primary care rehabilitation facility operating under the Vårdval Primärvårdsrehab system. We are located in Täby centrum and are a large clinic with approximately 40 employees. Within our mandate, we offer clinic visits, home visits, and group activities. We have a base assignment, neurology team, chiropractic services, and specialized physical therapy. Our staff consists of a diverse group of physical therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, dietitians, speech-language pathologists, social workers, and administrative personnel. Our operations are growing and constantly evolving, and we place strong emphasis on good leadership. At rehab, we have shared leadership, meaning that two unit managers share the responsibilities. As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for: Operations, employees, work environment, and finances within the unit Leading, planning, and monitoring operations based on mandate, goals, and quality requirements Working together with employees to develop practices that strengthen patient safety and quality Promoting a good and health-promoting work environment and active employee engagement Ensuring collaboration with internal and external partners You will be part of the operations management team alongside unit managers for the health center and midwifery clinic. You report directly to the operations manager. You will be responsible for approximately 15-20 employees and work closely with your unit manager colleague. Primary care is in constant development, with new assignments and new patient groups, where you as a unit manager work to develop smart and efficient practices together with your employees and adapt operations based on existing conditions. Together with other managers in the operations, we maintain close collaboration between facilities. Clinical patient work will be adapted based on your expertise and the facility's needs. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who is licensed within one of the professions included in primary care rehabilitation's mandate. You should have experience working in primary care and in leadership roles, and preferably experience leading multiprofessional teams. A valid driver's license (category B) is required. Employment: Permanent employment in your base profession. As a unit manager, you will have a fixed-term management assignment. A probationary period may be applied.
