WORK TASKS As an hourly-paid substitute, you work where there is a need for the day. Assignments vary depending on the activity, ages, and your skills. Education in child and leisure programs, teacher education, preschool teacher education, or other relevant education is meritorious, as is experience working in preschool, after-school centers, or school.
