As a care educator/development leader in functional support, you'll have an important role in a new position created as part of our initiative on development, learning, and sustainable workforce planning. Here you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future approaches to support, care, and nursing together with dedicated colleagues. In this role, you'll work both strategically and operationally with education, supervision, and development of pedagogical methods. You'll plan and conduct both practical and theoretical training initiatives in support, care, and nursing based on the intentions of LSS, SoL, and HSL, where the individual's self-determination, integrity, participation, and opportunity to live like others are central. Through competence development, you'll contribute to strengthening staff's ability to provide individually tailored support of high quality, where the individual's needs, resources, and rights are guiding principles. You'll support, supervise, and coordinate staff with educational assignments and help create and develop a sustainable educational organization within the administration. Your role also includes contributing to equal treatment in care and nursing services, developing and quality-assuring introductions for new staff, and ensuring quality and developing methods and practices. You'll work pedagogically to support the implementation of new approaches and share responsibility for hygiene practices within the administration. The administration is in an exciting development phase where we're building learning spaces to create better opportunities for operational learning, competence development, and systematized methods. About You We're looking for someone who is a licensed nurse with a professional teaching degree and experience in pedagogical work. It's a merit if you have experience teaching within care and nursing as well as skills and simulation training. To succeed in this role, it's desirable if you have good knowledge of LSS, SoL, and HSL. You have basic IT skills, as documentation and communication are conducted digitally. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You're confident in your communication and have the ability to convey information and ideas clearly and appropriately based on your audience and situation. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and have the courage to make your own decisions within the scope of your assignment. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by being receptive, valuing others' perspectives, and working with colleagues toward common goals. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently and ensure that tasks are completed and followed up within the set timeframe.
