Housing Support Worker for Social Services with Family-Centered Approach

Welcome to us in Hammarö! Hammarö is a municipality with forward-thinking values and strong growth, located by Lake Vänern surrounded by cliffs and water. Many choose to move here, which means we are constantly growing and developing. Something that reflects everything happening in our municipality is the proximity to the city, residents, water, and each other. With us, you'll get a workplace in the middle of our beautiful archipelago! Within the Social Services Department, you work daily to provide security, quality, and support to our residents. Those of us who work here value personal encounters above all else. As we grow, we naturally develop our operations, renovate our facilities, and maintain a development-oriented mindset. We exist to give Hammarö residents a better everyday life and to help each person create a good life through their own efforts. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES We are now seeking a housing support worker for Social Services in the Support and Housing unit. This is a permanent full-time position with start date in January 2027. Social Services is the municipality's housing support operation within social psychiatry, LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), and comorbidity. The operation serves individuals with complex life situations where mental health issues, comorbidity, substance abuse problems, varying cognitive abilities, social vulnerability, and difficulties managing daily life may be part of their support needs. The work is based on support decisions, implementation plans, and the individual's own goals. We are in a development phase where we want to strengthen the municipality's family-centered approach to work. The work should be based on a systems theory perspective, where the individual's situation is understood in interaction with the contexts they are part of. This can include children and parenthood, but also family members, networks, contact with authorities, and other important parts of the life situation. Family-centered work is thus not limited to family relationships in the narrow sense. The role includes both regular housing support within the entire Social Services operation and a special focus on cases where a family-centered perspective is needed. You will also contribute to developing working methods, procedures, and practical forms of support together with colleagues and management. The task is not family therapy. You need to maintain the practical and educational mission of housing support while understanding how mental health issues, comorbidity, substance abuse, lack of structure, or social vulnerability can affect daily life, parenthood, and children's situations. The goal is for the support to be comprehensible, coordinated, and useful for the individual and family. The work involves providing support in the individual's daily life, following up on goals and interventions, working with structure, motivation, participation and recovery, and documenting according to applicable procedures. The role also includes being a contact person, following up on implementation plans, and noting changed needs. You need to be able to work with clarifying pedagogy, low-arousal approaches, and individualized support. Collaboration is an important part of the task and occurs with, among others, outpatient care for risky use, harmful use and substance dependence, family therapists, and case managers within the adult area and child and youth services. Where needed, this also includes contact with, for example, healthcare, psychiatry, schools, substance abuse care, and rehabilitation services. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone with an academic degree who is a behavioral scientist, social worker, or has another academic-level education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience working with people in complex life situations and working in family systems and other complex systems. You need to be able to translate a systems theory perspective into practical, everyday support and understand how an individual's situation is affected by relationships, parenthood, networks, contact with authorities, and other actors. You are confident in client-oriented work and can translate goals from the implementation plan into concrete and comprehensible everyday support. You can maintain a professional approach even when multiple needs and actors need to be managed simultaneously or when situations change rapidly. We see that you have experience with systems theory and family-centered work, housing support, social psychiatry, LSS, and comorbidity. You have experience with documentation and record-keeping, good digital literacy, and good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. A B-class driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement and you need to be able to cycle as part of your work. It is meritorious to have knowledge in, for example, R-ACT/ACT, Case Management, MI, clarifying pedagogy, low-arousal approaches, children as next of kin, intimate partner violence, suicide prevention, IBIC, or conflict and crisis management. Knowledge of the Social Services Act is also meritorious. As a person, you are confident, responsible, and solution-focused. You are attentive in your interactions with others, have good communication skills, and contribute to good cooperation in the work team. You enjoy work where no two days are exactly alike and where you need to be able to adapt your support based on the individual, situation, and task. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and interest in the target group. Start date: January 2027 Extent: 100% Employment form: Permanent employment Placement: Social Services, Support and Housing unit Working hours: Daytime, Monday - Friday The position is filled subject to necessary decisions being made. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Indefinite. To ensure quality in Hammarö municipality's recruitment process and enable good communication with our applicants, we ask that you submit your application digitally and not via email or paper format. We warmly welcome your application! In preparation for the recruitment process, Hammarö municipality has made decisions regarding recruitment channels and marketing. We therefore firmly decline contact from media sales representatives, recruitment sites, and similar parties.

Experienced Project Manager – Public Space Development at Centralen Area

Do you want to be part of securing Gothenburg's future? Be part of safeguarding Gothenburg's future by working in an innovative program where technology, collaboration, and sustainable urban development meet. This is your opportunity to have a leading role in a crucial initiative for Gothenburg's future. The Västlänken railway tunnel will have three stations in Gothenburg, with Centralen Station being one of them. Once Västlänken is in place, it is not possible to "revert" to the same traffic solution as originally, the conditions for the site are new and the spaces need to be used differently to accommodate all requirements and objectives. Centralen Station is part of the work to create a vibrant and efficient public transport hub where travel by regional and commuter trains, trams, buses, cars, and bicycles interact in a functional way. As project manager for public space development at Centralen, Nordstan, and Kvarnberget, among others (the CNK project), you contribute to creating a vibrant meeting place and transfer point that appeals to all modes of transport and transfers between different transportation methods such as bike to train, bus to train, train to walking. A functioning transfer point must be in place when Västlänken begins operations. Public space must therefore be sufficiently developed by Västlänken's opening in December 2026 so that passengers can safely access and leave the stations. The project as a whole for these areas is to be completed in the coming years, and during construction, consideration must be shown to surrounding construction projects and ongoing traffic with prioritization of public transport. Responsibilities The development of public space in CNK is carried out as a total contract with a high degree of collaboration between the development management division and the contracted construction company. The project's various phases, such as design, construction, and handover, can periodically run in parallel as different sub-areas are built and successively handed over to the managing organization. This role therefore requires good knowledge of the city's requirements and working methods to ensure that the infrastructure built within a large and central urban area meets requirements for functionality, quality, design, and long-term management. A central part of the role is implementing the handover process. The project manager is responsible for ensuring that completed sub-areas are handed over to the managing organization in a structured manner and according to established procedures. Beyond traditional project management competence, the collaboration model also requires the ability to think innovatively and solve problems. In a complex urban development project, situations often arise where there is no given or obvious solution. The project manager therefore needs to be able to analyze the situation and see alternative paths forward to work with the contractor to find solutions that are good for the project as a whole. Your responsibilities include: Have a guiding role in the design and handover phase Handle referrals in connection with building permits, utility location, utility rights, and similar matters Handle deviations in the design phase Coordinate the project's activities regarding artistic embellishment Handle matters regarding tenant adaptations, outdoor seating areas, etc. Monitor the budget allocated for the design phase Maintain oversight of the review of design documentation according to the review process Qualifications We are looking for you who have: University degree in civil engineering, infrastructure, or similar At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering or infrastructure in a leading role as project manager or manager At least four years of experience leading complex and innovative projects Experience with urban development projects requiring implementation and quality delivery is a merit Previous experience from municipal administration or municipal companies is a merit You are a confident and clear leader who thrives in complex collaborative environments with many stakeholders. You have the ability to combine construction and collaboration competence with strategic ability, holistic perspective, innovative thinking, and strong coordination skills. You are structured, self-reliant, and results-oriented with experience delivering within given time, goal, and cost frameworks. You express yourself very well in speech and writing. Terms Applications are processed on a rolling basis and interviews may take place before the final application deadline. Gothenburg City applies individual and differentiated salary setting. Here you can find more information about, among other things, salary statistics: Salary, compensation and benefits - City of Gothenburg Before a possible interview, you will need to present a passport/national ID/certificate of identity issued by the Swedish Tax Agency and possibly proof of residence permit if you have citizenship outside the EU/EES. This is so we as an employer can verify your identity and ensure you have the right to work in Sweden. In the process, you may also be asked to provide a diploma if this is a requirement for the position. We want the development management division to be characterized by openness and respect for diversity, and we believe that diversity contributes to developing our operations. To quality assure the recruitment process, meet GDPR requirements, and enable good communication with our applicants, we ask you to submit your application digitally and not via email or letter. We kindly but firmly decline direct contact from staffing, candidate search, and recruitment companies as well as sales of additional job postings.

Join us on this journey. Grow and develop with us Haninge Municipality is now seeking an engaged group manager for the operations unit with responsibility for Street Operations. If you're motivated by challenges, development, and thrive with leading through change, this is the perfect role for you. Moreover, you'll be part of a municipality with high growth rates, giving you the opportunity to help shape the future. Submit your application today and make a difference! Your assignment As Group Manager for Streets, you'll have personnel responsibility for one supervisor and approximately 8 employees. Within this role, you'll plan and lead, together with the supervisor, both the daily operations of roads and infrastructure as well as seasonal tasks such as snow removal and sand collection, grass cutting, and asphalt patching. The role includes taking significant responsibility for systematic maintenance within street operations. You'll have a challenging operations assignment where you, together with the unit manager, group manager colleagues, supervisors, and employees, build a professional and cost-effective operation focused on both corrective measures and systematic maintenance. You'll be part of a management team that collectively has the task of delivering quality to the municipality's residents. For this assignment to succeed, we need to transition from event-driven work to a more systematic approach. Currently, work is conducted in mixed arrangements where the main assignment rests with in-house operations. By ensuring robust and cost-effective working methods that enable quick action in error correction, you'll succeed with daily operations. Of course, you'll contribute to good feedback to citizens who report errors or have comments, which is a natural part of the work. The role includes personnel responsibility, performance and development conversations, salary setting, safety, work environment management, budget monitoring, and operational responsibility. Case management, contractor agreement follow-up, purchasing, and invoice review are also natural parts of the work. Your assignment also includes actively participating in the ongoing development of the operation. The operations unit is divided into the following activities: Streets, Parks and Nature, and Property and Contract Management, where Streets is one of three groups within the operations unit. The unit shall, in an economical and efficient manner, manage Haninge Municipality's infrastructure and green spaces, parks, and natural areas so that residents can experience "the good life" in an accessible and safe municipality. What we're looking for in you To succeed with this assignment, you can work flexibly and enjoy leading in a changing operation. The role is both strategic and operational; you take responsibility for daily operations delivery and long-term development. You have the ability to create a good work environment through enthusiastic and coaching leadership. As a group manager, you have insight and deeper understanding of details but always act from a holistic perspective to achieve efficient work. You have experience with: Leading operations and maintenance of public outdoor environments, preferably within road management Working structurally with good planning Winter road maintenance and readiness Leading others Systematic work environment management and good digital skills Economics and operations monitoring High digital proficiency is an asset. As a person, you fundamentally have an unpretentious approach with the ability to maintain a holistic perspective without losing sight of details. You also work proactively and act with quality awareness. You're communicative and see collaboration as a prerequisite for delivering good results. We believe the right person could have a background in supervisory roles or as a site manager within, for example, road maintenance/asphalt work or within land and construction. A requirement for the position is that you hold a Class B driver's license (BE, C, CE, etc., and special driving authorization are merits). What we can offer you As a group manager with us at Haninge Municipality, you'll get engaging and challenging work alongside knowledgeable colleagues and experienced managers. You'll have your main workplace at one of the operations organization's establishments, Förrådsvägen in Håga or Anläggarvägen in Handen. We offer free gym access at the municipal building, wellness allowance, flexible hours, designated days off, and the possibility of vacation exchange. In the role, you'll be given the opportunity for continuous competence development according to needs. Welcome with your application! We conduct background checks and management tests for all management recruitments. These are carried out by an external contracted provider and occur in the final stages of the recruitment process. In this recruitment, we've already made our selections regarding advertising channels and collaboration partners. We kindly but firmly decline any assistance with recruitment from external parties. During the summer period weeks 27-32, response times may be longer than usual. We thank you for your patience. Haninge Municipality views diversity as a strength and welcomes all applicants. PhD Candidate – Biomethane Production from Syngas - Climate & Techno-Economic Analysis

Department of Energy and Technology Doctoral Subject: Technology Project Description: Biomethane is traditionally produced through anaerobic digestion of biodegradable biomass and plays an important role in reducing dependence on imported fossil fuels and limiting climate change. To increase biomethane production and meet growing demand in the transport and industrial sectors, there is a need to utilize raw materials that are difficult to convert biologically, such as forest residues. A promising method is biomethane production from syngas generated through thermal gasification of lignocellulose-based biomass. Integrating biomethane production from syngas with conventional anaerobic digestion offers several advantages, including increased gas flow that enables more cost-effective liquefaction of biomethane and improved heat management. Additionally, the supply of external green hydrogen, produced through water electrolysis within the framework of carbon capture and utilization (CCU), can further increase methane production and facilitate upgrading of the produced gas. Duties: We are seeking a motivated PhD candidate who wants to work on the design and evaluation of different system scenarios for biomethane production. The research will involve modeling and simulation from feedstock supply and thermal gasification to biomethane production.
