Then we have the position for you! The Role of Nursing Assistant We are seeking nursing assistants for our Operating Room! As a nursing assistant, you are part of an operating room team where you work together with surgical nurses and anesthesia nurses with patients before, during, and after surgery. Beyond perioperative care, your responsibilities include handling medical technical equipment, inventory management, and sterile goods. You will participate in business development, training sessions, and collaborate with various surgical departments. We offer you a permanent full-time position with a start date by agreement. KY education and/or experience from operating room/acute care is meriting but not required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We would like to see that you are responsible and flexible with a focus on the patient. A routine procedure can quickly change into an acute situation, which requires the ability to quickly adapt to changed circumstances. It is important that you can work well with other people and understand your role in the work group. You should be able to meet patients in such a way that they feel secure before, during, and after the procedure.
