JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a substitute teacher in primary school, you will serve as a replacement for absent teachers. You work as a teaching teacher in one or more classes. Often there is already a plan in place that you follow.
Your work also includes supporting students between lessons, during breaks, and during meals. This involves a practical, pedagogical, and service-focused task.
As a substitute, you must take your own initiative and also be able to take instructions with short notice.
The assignment as a whole means that you replace regular staff who need to be absent at short notice, often the same morning.
We want you to have good communication skills, be easy to collaborate with, and have a pleasant demeanor.
To succeed in the role, you possess a high degree of flexibility, availability, and good adaptability.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are primarily looking for you who are a certified teacher or have begun teacher education with authorization to teach in primary school grades F-9.
If you have another pedagogical education at secondary level, other pedagogical training, or childcare education, that is a merit. You need to have a passed secondary school diploma to be considered for the assignment. You need to be able to speak, read, and write Swedish fluently.
What is important is your personal suitability to work with children and students. Great value is placed on whether you have previous experience with similar assignments.
