JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone who wants to support our teams when regular staff are absent, creating a safe and educational preschool day for children at three of our municipal preschools in Lidingö. The preschools are located in beautiful natural settings, with large outdoor play areas and stimulating indoor environments.
You are someone with good collaboration skills and pedagogical insight to meet all children's needs according to our guidelines. We are primarily looking for someone who can work all days, sometimes with short notice. You can easily get to the preschools by public transport, car, or bike.
As a substitute, you are expected to be flexible and able to step in where needed with varying work tasks. You are expected to be active during your entire working time, take initiative, and ask questions when needed. To support your work, we have well-established routines and good structure and organization. Practical tasks occur such as setting the table, making beds, tidying up, etc. Occasionally, kitchen duties may be part of your responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
As a substitute preschool teacher at our preschools, you are expected to have good manners and a positive attitude toward children and colleagues. You are relationship-building and prioritize children and their different needs. You are welcome to have a playful nature so you can create playful situations with the children and inspire with new ideas.
You have a childcare worker certification or equivalent. The work requires good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
The municipality applies individual salary setting.
