ST - Doctor at Viklinik Primary Care Center

Does your heart beat a little faster for Lund? Then maybe we are the workplace for you :-) On April 1, 2026, Viklinik Primary Care Center celebrated 4 years in central Lund. We currently have 50 employees and take care of the health of just over 10,000 Lundabors. We continue to grow with patients choosing to register with us every month. Viklinik Primary Care Center has been the highest ranked in Lund Municipality and ranked among the absolute highest in Skåne in SKR's National Patient Survey for 4 years in a row. The doctor group currently consists of 10 doctors, 5 general practitioners and 5 ST doctors. The primary care center is a gathering place for wellbeing and sharing of knowledge and motivation for both employees and patients. Lundabors come here not only for assessment and medication, but for the whole package, activity and community. Healthier care for both staff and patients! With long-term perspective and preventive measures, we aim to offer healthier care for both our staff and patients, increase patient participation in care and reduce healthcare needs in the long run. Preventive measures such as physical activity, health conversations, nutritional advice, smoking cessation, weight management classes, stress management classes, etc. are in focus to keep individuals healthy and well. As an ST doctor with us, you are social and enjoy creating long-term relationships with your colleagues and patients. You like to be physically active and healthy yourself, as we enjoy being active together as colleagues and we like to socialize outside of work as well. We are a stable doctor group that supervises and supports you in your daily work and in your development towards becoming a General Practitioner. We have child health services and elderly care services within our own operations, so you will meet patients across the spectrum from newborns to elderly. We always work based on current evidence and research, and in digital-physical care chains when the patient requests it. You should enjoy challenging your own and the collective's working methods and be stimulated by the fact that we as colleagues develop competence and lift each other. Great flexibility and participation in how the primary care center will work with your expertise is required and driven by your personal wishes and motivations in how you want to develop in your future specialist competence. You create your own work day and what it includes and how it is utilized and communicated to patients. You work with patients individually and together with other professional categories. You must be very comfortable with computer work and performing part of your work via digital platforms and AI tools to facilitate your administrative work. We work overall at the primary care center with what we call the "Viklinik Model" which means that as a doctor you control your own workday and how you want to care for your patients in the best way, i.e. you are not just a care provider but a co-determiner of how care for your patients and your care should be conducted. With the model, we have largely succeeded in eliminating waiting times for visits and increasing access to care in a fantastic way while also securing the work environment for you as a doctor. In this recruitment, we invest more in a person than a CV and we value personal suitability for the work and that you fit into our existing team at the clinic is A and O. You must also be completely fluent in Swedish and English. Type: Permanent employment. Scope: 100% Salary: Individual. Business Manager for Xamera DEV

We want Xamera DEV to become Sweden's most modern and humane consulting firm. The journey has begun, and we're not doing it by copying the industry's old playbook – we're writing a new one. Our slogan is "Exploring tomorrow. Delivering today." – and these aren't empty words. It's how we work and act every day. The Role We're looking for a Business Manager in Linköping who wants to help shape something truly new and valuable. Not maintain a legacy – but lay the foundation for one. You're stepping into leadership of the DevDesign business area – electrical design, mechanics, and product development – with everything that entails: freedom, responsibility, and an organization built for movement rather than hierarchy. There are no thick manuals here on how things should be done, but there is a clear direction, clear goals, and clear values that guide you right. You own three things: your consultants, your customers, and your culture. You shape the rest yourself. What You Actually Do You recruit, onboard, and develop consultants in electrical design, mechanics, and product development – and build a team you're genuinely proud of You own the entire employee journey: from the recruitment process to individual development plans, coaching, and that dinner when something worth celebrating happens You build customer relationships that last – and create new business with the balance between customer satisfaction, profitability, and consultant drive as your compass You sit in the local management group and help set the direction for Östergötland while also contributing to the bigger picture You're the culture carrier who ensures pride and energy grow as fast as the business You're Probably This Person You have some years of experience as a consultant manager, business developer, or in a similar role within product development. You know how to read a business situation and you have a network to open doors with – but what really drives you is something more fundamental: you genuinely like people. You build relationships that last – with customers who trust you and consultants who know you're in their corner. Not because it's in your job description, but because trust is what you're interested in building long-term. You're equally comfortable in a deep 1:1 with a consultant thinking about their career as you are in a strategic customer meeting where you need to close the deal. You're driven and goal-focused – but not in a way that cuts corners. You challenge yourself, maintain high business ethics and integrity, and always put the team before your own agenda. Unpretentious isn't a word you need to explain – it's just who you are. What You Get A key role in a company with a clear growth trajectory Flat organization, short decision-making paths, and a strong mandate to shape your part of Xamera DEV Colleagues who are just as driven as you – and who share the wins, not just the tasks Professional and personal development Strong benefits and access to one of the tech industry's most cutting-edge networks "We lead the change. We build the future of consulting." Does this sound like your next journey? Send in your application – we'd rather talk too early than too late. Contact: Magnus Carlsson [email protected]

Work at the detention center is often routine-based and focused on care and security tasks. Clients can be detained for long periods without meeting anyone other than their lawyer and the detention center staff, which places special demands on you as a correctional officer. At the detention center and correctional facility in Skänninge, operations are conducted seven days a week, Monday through Sunday. For us, it is important that you share the Swedish Correctional Service's core values of a humanitarian view of people, respect for the individual, and belief in people's willingness and ability to develop. You are also aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect you and others. Furthermore, your approach is expected to contribute to everyone being treated equally. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who has: Complete upper secondary education or other education combined with work experience that the Swedish Correctional Service considers relevant Work experience, also in the form of seasonal work, temporary employment, or self-employment. We offer exciting, fast-paced, and varied work where you get to help start and shape a new operation while further developing your role as a nurse. When you start with us, you will receive an introduction to the different aspects of the work, which we try to adapt based on your experience so that you enter the operation in a safe and good way. Working hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends. If you are interested in a combination position, we see the possibility of offering, for example, work within 1177 or another suitable operation in the region that has a need. QUALIFICATIONS You like taking responsibility and making your own decisions based on your experience and provided tools, while also valuing and managing teamwork well. You need to have an empathetic and attentive approach where the principle of equal treatment is fundamental to you.
