On April 1, 2026, Viklinik Primary Care Center celebrated 4 years in central Lund. We currently have 50 employees and take care of the health of just over 10,000 Lundabors. We continue to grow with patients choosing to register with us every month.
Viklinik Primary Care Center has been the highest ranked in Lund Municipality and ranked among the absolute highest in Skåne in SKR's National Patient Survey for 4 years in a row. The doctor group currently consists of 10 doctors, 5 general practitioners and 5 ST doctors.
The primary care center is a gathering place for wellbeing and sharing of knowledge and motivation for both employees and patients. Lundabors come here not only for assessment and medication, but for the whole package, activity and community. Healthier care for both staff and patients!
With long-term perspective and preventive measures, we aim to offer healthier care for both our staff and patients, increase patient participation in care and reduce healthcare needs in the long run. Preventive measures such as physical activity, health conversations, nutritional advice, smoking cessation, weight management classes, stress management classes, etc. are in focus to keep individuals healthy and well.
As an ST doctor with us, you are social and enjoy creating long-term relationships with your colleagues and patients. You like to be physically active and healthy yourself, as we enjoy being active together as colleagues and we like to socialize outside of work as well. We are a stable doctor group that supervises and supports you in your daily work and in your development towards becoming a General Practitioner. We have child health services and elderly care services within our own operations, so you will meet patients across the spectrum from newborns to elderly.
We always work based on current evidence and research, and in digital-physical care chains when the patient requests it. You should enjoy challenging your own and the collective's working methods and be stimulated by the fact that we as colleagues develop competence and lift each other. Great flexibility and participation in how the primary care center will work with your expertise is required and driven by your personal wishes and motivations in how you want to develop in your future specialist competence. You create your own work day and what it includes and how it is utilized and communicated to patients. You work with patients individually and together with other professional categories.
You must be very comfortable with computer work and performing part of your work via digital platforms and AI tools to facilitate your administrative work.
We work overall at the primary care center with what we call the "Viklinik Model" which means that as a doctor you control your own workday and how you want to care for your patients in the best way, i.e. you are not just a care provider but a co-determiner of how care for your patients and your care should be conducted.
With the model, we have largely succeeded in eliminating waiting times for visits and increasing access to care in a fantastic way while also securing the work environment for you as a doctor.
In this recruitment, we invest more in a person than a CV and we value personal suitability for the work and that you fit into our existing team at the clinic is A and O. You must also be completely fluent in Swedish and English.
Type: Permanent employment.
Scope: 100%
Salary: Individual.
We prioritize applicants who want to start an ST position with us from the beginning over applicants who want to transfer their ST position to us.
Start: By agreement during 2027. But flexible from January - April 2027.
NOTE! Interviews start in late August and continue throughout the fall and the position may be filled before the application deadline expires.
