Are you an experienced forklift operator who thrives with significant responsibility and enjoys maintaining order and structure? We're now seeking an engaged and self-motivated forklift operator for our client in a long-term position with great autonomy and responsibility.
With our client, you'll have an important role where you're responsible for warehouse management, forklift operations, and the daily flow of materials. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage a 15-ton counterbalance forklift (lumber handling)
- Manage warehouse and material flow
- Register incoming and outgoing items
- Maintain order and structure in the warehouse
- Ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately
Your Profile
For us, personal attitude is just as important as previous experience. We're looking for someone with the right mindset, a positive approach, and who enjoys taking responsibility.
- Have solid experience with counterbalance forklifts, preferably 15 ton
- Are stress-resistant and can work independently
- Have a positive demeanor and good collaboration skills
- Take responsibility and thrive with autonomy
- Have experience with warehouse work and material handling

What NNBR Offers:
The forklift operator position is a hire-recruitment assignment where you'll initially be employed by us for a six-month period. The goal is that after this, if both parties are satisfied with the collaboration, you'll transition to a permanent employment contract directly with the client.
