If so, now is your chance to become part of our organization! 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As a coordinator/case manager within the coordinator team Housing First, you work with adults who have experienced long-term homelessness often with substance use problems and/or other complex social issues. Housing First is a homelessness strategy based on eight core principles with a focus on client autonomy, work directed toward harm reduction and recovery. The client receives their own housing without requirements for sobriety or accepting other services, and the goal of the intervention is permanent housing and taking over the lease. Your work is client-centered with the individual's needs in focus, support is adapted individually based on the client's needs and wishes. A large part of the work involves collaborating with others, both internally and externally. In addition to this, common work tasks include: • Responsibility for implementation plans and documentation in individual cases • Being part of development work for the target group • Work on eviction prevention • When needed, lead group activities • Work with individual conversations In our work we use Feedback Informed Treatment, FIT (ORS/SRS). FIT, as a method, helps us strengthen the individual's engagement and influence over their process and can lead us to work in the right way with our clients and gives us the opportunity to continuously develop as treatment providers/coordinators. From 2026 onwards, we are also participating in a research project with the Karolinska Institute on FIT. At the Adult Support Unit we work closely together, we collaborate and support each other when needed, which means the work is often both enjoyable, varied, and stimulating. You currently have two colleagues and a group leader in your immediate work team. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a social worker or has other education and/or experience that we consider equivalent. Experience working with people in long-term, acute homelessness, with substance abuse/addiction and/or in vulnerable life situations is highly valued. Good knowledge of and ideally experience with the Housing First method is a merit. A driver's license and driving experience are required as the work is changeable and sometimes involves many trips during the workday. As a person, you are skilled at expressing yourself in speech and writing and are clear in your communication. You need to be pedagogical and have an easy time adapting to new situations as well as experience meeting people with different life experiences. You need to be flexible in your approach. Furthermore, you have good self-awareness, are receptive, and unpretentious. You enjoy working independently and driving your own processes while we place great importance on you being a team player. We like to work together and collaborate with others. Since work tasks are changeable, you should enjoy challenges and be stimulated by flexible work assignments. Experience in eviction prevention work, with people in active addiction or with untreated mental health issues is a merit.
