Description The Dementia Team in Kungälv Municipality is growing and is now seeking additional nursing assistants who want to help create security, continuity, and excellent care for people with dementia. With us, you'll work in a specialized team with specific expertise and interest in dementia care. You provide home care services based on individual needs and support decisions, while collaborating closely with colleagues and other professionals surrounding the client. Through structured work with BPSD, we contribute to increased quality of life and a secure daily routine for those we support. As a nursing assistant in the dementia team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your expertise and participate in the development of the operations, including through welfare technology and various representative assignments. In this role, you will, among other things: Be a consistent care contact and contribute to security and continuity. Plan, carry out, and follow up on services based on individual needs. Document according to current guidelines in Treserva. Perform health and care services on delegation from a nurse. Collaborate with colleagues, family members, and other professionals to provide high-quality care. Contribute to developing and maintaining a person-centered approach in daily work. Qualifications We seek someone who: Is a trained nursing assistant. Has a protected professional title or employment certificate proving you were employed with the title nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. Has a Class B driver's license. Has good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written. Good computer skills. Has an interest in working with development. We seek someone who believes in the equal value and rights of all people. If you are also someone who likes to share your knowledge and experience while being open to learning from others, we see this as a role for you. It is important that you have a positive view of people, great commitment, a sense of responsibility, and that you focus on clients' individual needs. You have good collaboration skills, initiative, and can work independently. It is a merit if you have a specialist nursing assistant education in dementia or experience with dementia.
