To thrive and succeed in the role, it is important that you share our values regarding the equal worth of all people, respect for the individual, and belief in people's willingness and ability to change and develop. You have an understanding that people's backgrounds, cultures, and experiences affect both themselves and their surroundings. Through your conduct, you contribute to ensuring that everyone is treated equally. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who has: An academic degree, at minimum bachelor's level in social science, preferably in behavioral science, criminology, law, or social work Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is also a merit to have: Work experience in criminal justice, client-facing work, law, social care, psychiatry, or health and care work.
