About the Job We are looking for you to lead the Special Information Systems IT function at the County Administrative Boards' IT Department. The function is in an exciting startup phase where new working methods and services are being established and collaboration between the business and IT Department is developing at a rapid pace. You will lead changes that improve and streamline services within special information systems. You will have personnel responsibility for an engaged and competent team that currently consists of 6 functional leaders and specialists but will be significantly expanded over the next two years. The team works with development, operations, and security-enhancing measures for advanced, robust, and operationally reliable information systems within civil protection and preparedness. Together, you will contribute to the County Administrative Boards' development of civil defense. You will be part of the management group for the IT Operations Support unit where you have a strategic role and contribute to business development. We are constantly developing our operations and you therefore need to be open to your work tasks changing over time. The County Administrative Boards' IT Department operates across the entire country. The placement location for this position is in Vänersborg. This position requires significant office presence. Travel within the country occurs, primarily to Gothenburg. About You We are looking for someone who is a natural leader with secure and clear leadership.
