The facility serves girls and boys with psychosocial challenges, norm-breaking or destructive behavior, and young people with unstable life situations. About the Role of Social Pedagogue We work with commitment in everything surrounding our clients. The role of social pedagogue involves planning, implementing, and following up on educational and treatment interventions based on individual needs. The work is built on creating safe relationships, motivating change, and strengthening individuals' capacity for independence. It also includes documenting interventions and participating in planning meetings and development work. You will serve as a support for clients, and together you will develop strategies to achieve goals in everyday life. You will be the contact person for assigned young people. Main Responsibilities: Provide individual support in daily activities, social training, and skills development.
