We are looking for a Product Owner for an exciting assignment Assignment Description We are seeking a Product Owner for one of our customer's product areas within SCADA and associated control and monitoring systems for facility management. The assignment involves overall responsibility for leading the product area based on the organization's needs, strategic goals, and long-term development. The Product Owner is responsible for prioritizing and managing the backlog, gathering and clarifying requirements from the business, and making decisions about development efforts within the product area. You're both strategic and operational in your role – you drive customer development, identify new business opportunities, and ensure we deliver value over time. Your assignment in brief In this role, you will: Drive growth and identify new business opportunities Negotiate agreements and manage complex business dialogues Be Bufab's external face and the customer's primary contact point Own and develop relationships with strategic customers Lead internal collaboration around the customer together with inside sales and other functions Challenge both the customer and organization with new ideas, perspectives, and solutions Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships 🤷♀️🤷♂️ Who are you? You have: Experience in similar roles in business development, Key Account Management, and sales Experience negotiating complex business deals Experience working in an international environment, preferably in industry or large companies The ability to work both strategically and operationally Strong self-motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset You communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and you have a driver's license.
