The business idea is to offer complete drilling systems for efficient and environmentally friendly drilling based on our core competence in water-powered drilling. Your role As a cylindrical grinder with us, you primarily work with precision grinding of components for our drilling systems. The role is varied and includes everything from programming and setup to finished detail, where quality and accuracy are in focus. In your daily work, you operate CNC cylindrical grinding machines from Studer and work with both prototypes and series production. You are responsible for ensuring that work is performed with high precision through measurement and quality control, while contributing to development work, daily team meetings, and improvement work together with the team. Work is primarily based on planned work orders with a strong focus on structure, collaboration, and delivery accuracy. What you bring with you We are looking for someone who is meticulous, technically interested, and thrives in a role where precision and problem-solving are a natural part of everyday work. You work in a structured manner, take personal responsibility, and collaborate easily with others. We expect you to have: Approved upper secondary school grades, preferably within industry, technology, or production Driver's license for manual transmission Experience with CNC-controlled cylindrical grinding or other qualified machining, preferably with Fanuc control systems Good ability to read and interpret drawings, work with measuring techniques, and independently set up and program machines It is an advantage to have: Experience with Studer cylindrical grinding machines, prototype manufacturing, and work with high tolerance requirements Forklift certification B1 Traverse card We warmly welcome your application!
