Driven Project Manager in Construction

Do you want comprehensive responsibility where you drive both business and projects? We are now seeking a Project Manager for a well-established construction company in strong growth (revenue +700 MSEK). Here you'll have a central role with great mandate and the opportunity to make an impact – both on projects and the business. About the role As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility from start to completed project. You drive projects strategically and ensure that everything is delivered according to objectives. You will, among other things: • Have full responsibility for budget, forecast and results • Lead site managers and project teams • Ensure quality, schedule and working environment • Be the main contact toward the client • Participate in construction meetings and steering committees • Work with change orders, estimates and bids as needed This is a role for someone who wants to combine leadership, business and production.
