Your Mission As an IT Security Analyst, you will be part of a unit within the Cyber Operations Department. The department aims to strengthen protection against sophisticated IT attacks on Sweden's most critical operations. In this role, you will be a central part of our security efforts by conducting in-depth IT security analyses, with a particular focus on performing IT forensic work. You will also be responsible for developing detections to identify malicious files and analyzing logs for signs of intrusion in infected systems. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to our continued analysis and methodology development to continuously improve and adapt our capabilities to strengthen protection for the most critical operations. The role may also involve both domestic and international travel, and the need for on-call duty and standby shifts will likely increase. As a security analyst, your main responsibilities will include: Investigating and securing evidence in complex attacks against particularly critical operations Performing IT forensic analyses of various data sources to establish the situation picture Providing recommendations for measures to strengthen protection and increase capability Developing detections based on analysis and insights Documentation and reporting of results The work requires continuous development of competence, methods and tools, as well as ongoing collaboration with other areas within FRA and with clients and partners. The Section of Higher Education Pedagogy is part of the university library, whose overarching mission is to support education, research, and collaboration. The university library is a learning environment and a resource for information provision, knowledge dissemination, and education. The work takes place in dialogue with the university's students, teachers, and researchers. Together, we are approximately 70 employees with diverse professions. Contribute to sustainable, high-quality education We are looking for you to lead and develop the operations of the Section of Higher Education Pedagogy. The section brings together scientific expertise in the field of higher education, competence development processes, and ICT pedagogy in order to support the university's education and competence development. Within the section, there is responsibility for accredited higher education pedagogy programs, research supervisor training, and courses in examination in higher education and pedagogical leadership. The section also offers consulting activities and various types of competence development for all staff categories. The educational environment management unit, which is responsible for education support systems such as the learning platform, media services, survey systems, digital examination systems, and plagiarism detection, is housed within the section. This also includes ICT pedagogues' support to teachers in the use of digital methods in teaching and writing instructors' support to primarily students in academic writing, reading, presentation, and study techniques. The role involves personnel and work environment responsibility for 20-25 employees. You will be part of the university library's management team, participate in strategic discussions in various forums, and contribute to the university's development in dialogue with the faculties. Environmental monitoring is central to the role, and space may be made for some personal research. Qualifications We are looking for someone with an advanced academic degree. A doctoral degree is a merit. You should have experience in teaching in higher education and interest and skill in pedagogical and digital development. The role requires a good understanding of higher education's societal mission and the conditions of education at the basic, advanced, and research levels. You have experience in leadership and driving change initiatives. You have the ability to create engagement and a good work environment and to lead toward common goals. We are looking for you to practice trustful, clear, and motivation-creating leadership.
