You work both preventatively and promotively, with group-strengthening initiatives in classes as well as with individual students through motivational conversations. Your work includes conducting student conversations such as support, conflict, and crisis conversations, as well as exploratory conversations with students individually and in groups. You are also expected to support other staff members, for example during coaching sessions, and participate in the safety team. Furthermore, you are responsible for the school's equal treatment plan and actively contribute to the school's overall development, taking responsibility for the organization to achieve its goals. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. It is meritious if you have previous experience working as a school counselor or working with young people. As a person, you have the ability to create good relationships with students and colleagues. You should be outgoing and understand the importance of collegial collaboration, as well as collaboration with school management. You are attentive, have good judgment, and also dare to express your views from your perspective as a counselor. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. You take great responsibility for your task and structure your own approach and drive your work forward. Furthermore, you are driven by seeing your students reach their full potential and share our vision of health and development. Terms The position is a permanent employment at 80%.
