As a temporary substitute, you replace regular staff during shorter absences. This means you perform the work tasks that are part of the regular work at the workplace where you are assigned.

In meal service, you will have a creative and engaging job where you prepare and cook varied and nutritious meals. As a temporary substitute cook or kitchen assistant, you can work in both larger cooking kitchens and small standalone kitchens. It is an asset if you have education in restaurant and large-scale kitchen operations at the upper secondary or post-secondary level.
Qualifications

To be suitable as a temporary substitute, you need to:
communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
have computer skills

have previous experience in the profession
have a B driver's license and access to a car
For work as a temporary substitute, a certificate from the criminal record register is required.
