The Children's Department is part of the Pediatric Medicine area and we also collaborate with the Neonatal Department, Daycare, and Children's Clinic. We have our own play therapy with an employed preschool teacher. The broad patient base, close collaboration between departments, and combined expertise make us a stimulating workplace where you have the opportunity to develop every day. Here you work together with colleagues from many different professions who together contribute both broad and specialized expertise. We learn from each other, inspire each other, and work together to provide the best possible care for our patients and their families. We work in close teams where nurses and nursing assistants together are responsible for patient care and nursing. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant, you are an important part of the team and a trusted person for the child and family. One moment you help with the care of a newly operated child, the next moment you meet a teenager who needs a little extra support, and in between you might manage to bring a smile to someone who would really rather be anywhere but in a hospital. The work can be both challenging and intense, but also fun, warm, and very rewarding. Here we work together, help each other, and share knowledge, responsibility, and laughter. We rotate between day, evening, and night shifts. The introduction is adapted to previous experience. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with at least two years of experience from care work. As a person, you are positive, proactive, development-driven, flexible, and thorough. You have good collaboration skills and can work independently when required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Start date to be agreed upon.
