For example, you might start the day with a student council where you lead workshops on democracy and participation, support students in developing their ideas, and provide them with tools to influence issues that matter to them. Back at the office, you follow up on ongoing projects with your colleagues, plan activities, and coordinate work with the municipality's participation forum for young people. You prepare reports, maintain contact with partners, and ensure that young people's perspectives are included in the municipality's development work. A couple of days a week, the youth club opens for middle school students, where you create activities together with the children, build relationships, and capture ideas and needs. At the youth center, you meet high school and upper secondary students in a safe, drug-free, and inclusive environment where community, participation, and personal development are in focus.
