Your New Job As a student assistant, you work closely with the student and become an important person in the student's daily life. Your task is to create conditions for the student to succeed in various school situations and to participate in teaching and recess. You will, among other things: - provide individually adapted support based on the student's needs and circumstances. - support the student in pedagogical situations and contribute to an accessible learning environment. - create structure, clarity, and security during the school day. - support the student in social situations and in interaction with other students. - work preventively to create good relationships and reduce situations that may be difficult for the student. - together with teachers and other staff, plan, implement, and follow up on pedagogical interventions. - contribute to the student's independence, participation, and development. - be a trustworthy and stable adult who can adapt your approach based on situation and need. Your Expertise We are now seeking a student assistant who has a great commitment to students who need more targeted support in their school day. For us, social competence and personal suitability are of utmost importance. You need to have the ability to create trusting relationships and meet the student with calmness, patience, and respect. You are secure in yourself, attentive, and can maintain a professional and stable approach even when situations become challenging. We would like to see that you have experience with: - working with students in need of support. - adapting pedagogical situations to the individual's needs. - relationship building and social support. - low-affective and preventive approaches. - collaboration with guardians, teachers, and other professionals. It is important that you can look behind behavior, understand the student's perspective, and find solutions that create security and opportunities for development. You also need to be able to take your own initiative, be flexible, and at the same time work in a structured manner based on shared goals and decisions.
